The portions are fairly large-you will most likely be full when you are finished. Chefs Hosea Rosenberg (Top Chef Season 5 champion) and Lachlan MacKinnon-Patterson have appeared in Bravo’s Top Chef, and you can check out their restaurants in Boulder: Hosea’s Santo and Blackbelly and Lachlan’s Frasca Food and Wine and Pizzeria Locale. They also offered barbecue chicken and sausage on the menu, but we didn't try them as we usually prefer the ribs, pork and brisket.

The sweet and spicy sauce was very good, but the other two sauces had an different flavor than we were used to andwe didn't care for them too much. Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives is a food reality television series featuring various diners, drive-in restaurants, and dive bars and is hosted by Guy Fieri. I think next time we would order the okra and split it with an order of two meats. Everyone always asks when I first fell in.
